chocolate raspberry smoothie
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
small handful frozen raspberries (or any other berries of choice)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
500 ml water or milk of choice
1 medjoul date (if you wish for some extra sweetness ;)
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia or flaxeeds
Method:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth for around 2-3 minutes.
Add more water or milk for preferred consistency, then pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
