chocolate raspberry smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • small handful frozen raspberries (or any other berries of choice)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice

  • 500 ml water or milk of choice

  • 1 medjoul date (if you wish for some extra sweetness ;)

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp chia or flaxeeds

 

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth for around 2-3 minutes.

  • Add more water or milk for preferred consistency, then pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
