Bounty bar energy balls

Makes 20 balls

 

 

Ingredients:

 

-100g cashew nuts

- 100g dessicated coconut

- 100g medjoul dates (pitted)

- 50g raw cacoa powder

- 3 tbsp raw cacoa

- 3 tbsp water

- small pinch pink himalyan salt or sea salt

 

Method:

 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed food processor blend until well combined and a dough forms.

  • Roll into indvidual balls then roll in extra desicated coconut to coat for a super pretty finish!

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge
