Raspberry and peanut butter energy balls

Makes 20 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 25 medjoul dates (pitted)

  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam (refined sugar free)

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or peanut butter powder

  • 2 tbsp water

 

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until a dough forms and all ingredients are well combined.

  • Roll dough into individual balls, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
