Blueberry overnight oats
makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk - no dairy or dairy (I love oat milk)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Method:
simply pop all your ingredients in a container or bowl give it a little mix, and leave overnight in the fridge ready to enjoy the next morning!
