Banana and sultana flapjacks

makes 10-12 slices

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams oats

  • 2 ripe bananas,mashed

  • 100 grams sultanas

  • 3 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp flaxeed

  • 200 ml oat milk

Method:

  • preheat oven to 150 degrees farenheight.

  • line a 20cm rectangular baking tin with parchment paper

  • mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread evenly across the tin

  • bake for 25-20 minutes until golden brown.

  • leave to cool before cutting into slices.
