Banana and sultana flapjacks
makes 10-12 slices
Ingredients:
200 grams oats
2 ripe bananas,mashed
100 grams sultanas
3 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp flaxeed
200 ml oat milk
Method:
preheat oven to 150 degrees farenheight.
line a 20cm rectangular baking tin with parchment paper
mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread evenly across the tin
bake for 25-20 minutes until golden brown.
leave to cool before cutting into slices.
