chocolate orange truffles
makes 20 truffles
Ingredients:
550 grams medjoul dates
2 tbsp cashew butter
4 tbsp raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
1-2 tsp orange extract
Method:
place all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz together for a few minutes until a dough like consistency is formed
roll into balls, then roll each ball in some cacoa powder to add a finishing touch
refrigerate for up t o 2 weeks, or store in the freezer for up to 2 months
