peanut butter chocolate energy balls

makes 20 balls:

Ingredients:

  • 500g pitted medjool dates

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • cocoa powder or peanut powder for decoration

Method:

  • blend all ingredients in a food processor for 2-3 minutes until a smooth dough forms

  • roll into balls

  • roll in cocoa or peanut powder

  • refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 8 weeks
