peanut butter chocolate energy balls
makes 20 balls:
Ingredients:
500g pitted medjool dates
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp peanut butter
cocoa powder or peanut powder for decoration
Method:
blend all ingredients in a food processor for 2-3 minutes until a smooth dough forms
roll into balls
roll in cocoa or peanut powder
refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 8 weeks
