Raspberry Jam

makes 1 large batch

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup of water

Method:

  • add all ingredients to a pan, heat to bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and thicken, then pour into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
