Raspberry Jam
makes 1 large batch
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup of water
Method:
add all ingredients to a pan, heat to bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and thicken, then pour into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
