Blueberry and almond butter porridge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup porridge oats
1 cup water or non dairy milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp flaxeed
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp almond butter
Method:
heat oats and liquid over a low heat in a pan, stirring continuously for 5-10 minutes until a thick consistency is formed and put into a bowl.
add all the other ingredients and enjoy!
