Blueberry and almond butter porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup porridge oats

  • 1 cup water or non dairy milk

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp flaxeed

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Method:

  • heat oats and liquid over a low heat in a pan, stirring continuously for 5-10 minutes until a thick consistency is formed and put into a bowl.

  • add all the other ingredients and enjoy!
