Salted caramel and chocolate energy balls

Makes 25 balls

 

Ingredients:

  • 25 medjool dates (pitted)

  • 1 cup ground almonds

  • 3 tbsp raw cacoa powder

  • 1 tbsp maca powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 pinch himalyan pink salt or sea salt

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Extra raw cacoa powder for dusting

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and whizz together until a dough like conistency forms.

  • Roll into balls, then roll in extra cacoa powder to coat.

  • Store in fridge for up to 3 weeks or freezer for up to 8 weeks.
