Salted caramel and chocolate energy balls
Makes 25 balls
Ingredients:
25 medjool dates (pitted)
1 cup ground almonds
3 tbsp raw cacoa powder
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 pinch himalyan pink salt or sea salt
2 tbsp water
Extra raw cacoa powder for dusting
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and whizz together until a dough like conistency forms.
Roll into balls, then roll in extra cacoa powder to coat.
Store in fridge for up to 3 weeks or freezer for up to 8 weeks.
