Banana 'nice' cream with raspberries and dreamy chocolate sauce
Ingredients:
2-3 frozen bananas (peeled before freezing)
2-3 tbsp oat milk (or other non dairy milk)
handful of frozen raspberries
1 portion dreamy chocolate sauce (see recipe in sweet treats section)
Method:
place bananas and milk into a food processor and blitz for around 3-5 minutes until a beautiful and smooth soft serve ice-cream texture forms.
scoop into a bowl, and serve with a sprinkling of raspberries and pour over the chocolate sauce, then enjoy!
